New After Poker Mixes
The final game before the final game (if that makes sense) of The Joel Goodling Poker Tournament was last night. I am sad to say I was not in the top 10 of last night’s game, however I am in the top 10 over all which means I have a chance to win the big one next week! Let’s hope it goes well. I need to play much better than i did the past 2 weeks, that’s for damn sure.
So after the game we went out into the studio and started rockin it, as usual. Bransby & Sparrow joined me at first and soon after, Tim fell out of the game and came out back as well. We turned out 2 pretty good mixes for your listening pleasure, check them out and let me know what you think.

Our first Duo mix
My homie Tim & I have been workin on our DJ skills for a few months now and we finally have something to show for it. We spend alot of time just spinning songs back and forth, practicing and seeing what sounds good. We have yet to put together an actual set that we practice for. Also, everyone is asking “what do you call yourselves?” Well we have not really put all that much thought into it yet, but stay tuned, cuz I’m sure it’s gonna be a good one! Music is something that we are both very passionate about and though we have only recently began indulging in it, it is easy to tell that this could be the beginning of something wonderful. Mostly we just “freestyle” and last Friday one of our sessions actually turned out pretty well.
We our proud to release for the listening public, our first mix. It was mixed and recorded by Tim Scheeser & I at The Shaw Studio.

Busy Weekend…
This was a busy weekend…
Friday I picked up the homie Nate at the train station and we went to have drinks for a friend’s birthday in West Hollywood. That was cool, happy birthday Jen. Nate was having no problem in getting this chick to dig him. However soon my social anxiety disorder kicked in and we left.
Next was a SICK!!! studio session at the Shaw. Spinnin and rappin all night, for real. Quality recordings to com, stay tuned.
Saturday we kicked it in the Valley then Primitivo & the Other Room at night.
Sunday Nate headed back to San Diego and I went an had sushi(sundays) with the lovely Janet and went to I.O. in Hollywood to watch her perform in the Sunday Smorgasboard. It was quite entertaining and Janet danced wonderfully.
I am off to bed to start yet another monotonus work week… Poker Wednesday and I hope to spend much more time recording in the studio. Music is on it’s way!
Saint’s Show (unhappy start at Happy Ending)
SO I went ot check out the Whiskey Saints last night. They were playing at a birthday party for some girl at the happy ending.
I showed up and was told by the bouncer… AT HAPPY ENDING, that my pants were too baggy and they had a strict dress code?!?! I have been to the Happy Ending many-a-times before and was never informed of there dress code. I went to my car, took off my hoodie, pulled up my pants, and tightened my belt, and the same fool let me right in.
There was a cover band playing when I got in there that was just OK. The party was packed. The Saints sounded incredible, however their set was not nearly long enough.
Small night cap of some video games at the Shaw and then the homie Danny & I went home.
Danny is in town for the weekend kickin it, so it’s been fun.
Vegas next weekend Bay-Bee. Free room on the E! channel, can’t pass that shit up…
